Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: analyze potential of the market and develop long-term strategy and short-term go-to market plan
- Sales Management: drive sales growth delivering sales targets; ensure forecast accuracy; develop and execute an account management plan, track performance, define and manage internal processes; prepare reports
- Team Management: build and lead a team to deliver on the common goal including hiring, onboarding, integration, setting KPIs, performance assessment, mentoring, team trainings and motivation
- Business Development: Identify and analyze potential growth areas; drive new business and market expansion, increase penetration in existing accounts as well as find and develop new accounts; develop and present value proposition to create and drive transformational pursuits (advanced technologies, software and services)
- Sales Channel Management: optimize existing and identify new sales channels
- Price Management and Incentive programs development
- Partnership acceleration: Collaborate with our partners globally to deliver the best experience for customers
- Collaboration with the team across functions to develop value propositions and execute the strategy
Requirements
- High Education, preferably in engineering/technical fields
- 3+ years of experience in Head of Sales role with overall strong experience in sales 7+ years preferably with technology companies, leading consultancy firms or System Integrators.
- Fluent English is a must
- Experience in full-cycle B2B sales process, including account and partnership management
- Experience in developing a sales/business strategy
- Experience in selling large, transformational enterprise deals to accounts, presenting complex solutions
- Experience in managing a sales team of at least 3
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Successful experience in working with ERP and CRM systems
- Proficiency in MS Office and advanced skills in MS Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude in building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels
- Availability to travel as needed
