      Head of Sales

      The key mandate of this role is to accelerate growth of our company in Kazakhstan.

      Responsibilities
      • Sales Strategy: analyze potential of the market and develop long-term strategy and short-term go-to market plan
      • Sales Management: drive sales growth delivering sales targets; ensure forecast accuracy;  develop and execute an account management plan, track performance, define and manage internal processes; prepare reports
      • Team Management:  build and lead a team to deliver on the common goal including hiring, onboarding, integration, setting KPIs, performance assessment, mentoring, team trainings and motivation
      • Business Development: Identify and analyze potential growth areas; drive new business and market expansion, increase penetration in existing accounts as well as find and develop new accounts; develop and present value proposition to create and drive transformational pursuits (advanced technologies, software and services)
      • Sales Channel Management: optimize existing and identify new sales channels
      • Price Management and Incentive programs development
      • Partnership acceleration: Collaborate with our partners globally to deliver the best experience for customers
      • Collaboration with the team across functions to develop value propositions and execute the strategy

      Requirements
      • High Education, preferably in engineering/technical fields
      • 3+ years of experience in Head of Sales role with overall strong experience in sales 7+ years preferably with technology companies, leading consultancy firms or System Integrators.
      • Fluent English is a must
      • Experience in full-cycle B2B sales process, including account and partnership management
      • Experience in developing a sales/business strategy
      • Experience in selling large, transformational enterprise deals to accounts, presenting complex solutions
      • Experience in managing a sales team of at least 3
      • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
      • Successful experience in working with ERP and CRM systems
      • Proficiency in MS Office and advanced skills in MS Excel
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude in building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels
      • Availability to travel as needed

      Sales manager

      We are looking for a qualified Sales Support Specialist to strengthen our team. In this role, you will interact with existing and potential customers, ensuring a high level of service and supporting the effective work of our sales engineers.

      The ideal candidate has relevant experience in sales within a similar or related industry, is proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

      Responsibilities:

      • Monitoring information resources to identify tenders and competitions that may be of interest to the company;

      • Supporting the sales engineering team in preparing proposals and working with customers;

      • Full support of participation in tenders and competitions — from preparing documentation and developing pricing proposals to tracking results and concluding contracts;

      • Supporting the client base, processing incoming requests, coordinating commercial proposals in accordance with current service packages and sales terms, and controlling the execution of deals;

      • Searching for and evaluating suppliers based on thorough analysis to ensure the most favorable supply terms;

      • Managing customer accounts in the CRM system and tracking orders;

      • Conducting business correspondence and negotiations with suppliers and customers;

      • Maintaining working and reporting documentation.

       Requirements:

      • English proficiency at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate;

      • Technical education is an advantage;

      • At least 3 years of experience in sales (experience in a related industry is an advantage);

      • Practical experience with ERP and CRM systems;

      • Confident use of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel;

      • Teamwork skills and the ability to motivate colleagues;

      • Ability to conduct negotiations and build long-term relationships with clients;

      • Experience in preparing commercial proposals and presentation materials.

      Sales Engineer - Electrical Engineering and Explosion-Proof Equipment

      We are seeking a qualified Sales Engineer to strengthen our team in Atyrau. This person will contribute to company growth, improve service levels, and enhance customer satisfaction.
      The ideal candidate has relevant experience in electrical engineering and explosion-proof equipment, possesses a strong sense of responsibility, is detail-oriented, and is results-oriented.

      Responsibilities:

      • Technical consultation with customers on the supplied equipment;
      • Preparation of technical solutions based on design documentation;
      • Preparation of cost estimates, specifications, and technical diagrams during pre-sales interaction with the customer;
      • Order processing, equipment selection, and issuance of technical proposals;
      • Negotiations with the customer during the specifications refinement and technical solution selection stage;
      • Identification of customer needs and technical requirements for the development/adaptation of the company's business strategy and product plan;
      • Conducting commercial negotiations with suppliers, including in English;
      • Preparation of proposals and provision of descriptions for updating the product catalog and company information materials;
      • Maintaining work and reporting Documentation.
      Requirements:

      • English proficiency at least at an Upper-Intermediate level;
      • Technical education in automation, power engineering, electrical engineering, or instrument making;
      • At least 3 years of sales experience (experience in a similar industry will be an advantage);
      • Knowledge of explosion safety standards and regulations for facilities and equipment; knowledge of technologies and equipment for explosive environments;
      • Experience and strong knowledge in electrical engineering and power engineering, including practical application of equipment in the oil and gas sector;
      • Skills in reading electrical and functional diagrams;
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel;
      • Strong teamwork and ability to motivate colleagues;
      • Ability to negotiate and build long-term relationships with clients;
      • Experience preparing commercial proposals and presentation materials.
