The next generation Spectrex SharpEye 40/40 C series builds on proven IR3 technology and delivers reliable long-range detection of hydrocarbon fuel and gas fires using the latest QuadSense technology.
The series is globally certified and suitable for the most challenging applications thanks to revolutionary built-in UV/IR testing technology, a wide operating temperature range and resistance to extreme weather conditions.
The series includes four models:
- The 40/40C-I. QuadSense multi-range IR flame detector detects hydrocarbon fires at long ranges (up to 65 m) in less than five seconds. The device combines four IR sensors to improve the differentiation of flame sources from non-flame background radiation.
- 40/40C-L4B. UV/IR flame detector provides rapid detection of hydrocarbon fuel and gas fires in less than five seconds.
- The 40/40C-M. QuadSense multi-range IR flame detector provides long-range (up to 65 m) detection of hydrocarbon fires in less than five seconds. The device combines four IR sensors.
- 40/40C-LB. UV/IR Flame Detector. Integrated ultraviolet and infrared optical sensors detect fires from a wide range of hazardous sources, such as hydrocarbon fuels and gases, hydroxyl, hydrogen, metal, inorganic compounds, etc., in less than five seconds.
