The MTB7671/2 is designed to provide confirmation that your testers continue to perform properly and maintain their accuracy and consistency between calibrations.
The MTB7671/2 not only checks the basic functions of the testers, but also ensures that the correct test current or voltage is used during the test.
For example, a continuity test should not only give a result in ohms, but the short-circuit test current should exceed 200 mA, and the open-circuit voltage should be between 4-24 V.
The PASS/FAIL values are chosen to ensure that if there is a published specification for a test parameter, the MTB7671/2 will check your tester against that specification using a series of simple Pass/Fail signals.
Peculiarities
- The only kit that fully tests your tools to ensure they meet standards.
- Does not disconnect RCD circuits
- Checks the full range of parameters of your tester, which is not easy
- Tests insulation, continuity, loop and RCD functions of testers
