The Bulletin 45 FPL long-range fiber optic sensors are compact, DIN-rail-mounted sensors designed for use with fiber optic cables up to 2.2 mm in diameter. These sensors feature large status displays and multi-directional one-touch buttons.
Photoelectric sensors
Our Bulletin 43P plastic fiber optic cables are made of a single-strand acrylic monofilament and are most effective when used with visible red status indicator lights. Plastic fibers are generally more cost-effective than fiberglass cables and are ideal for applications requiring continuous fiber bending. A wide range of fiber optic ferrules is available.
Our 46 CLR ColorSight™ True Color sensors feature patented distance correction technology, which confirms consistent color detection at distances up to 65 mm. Additional features include internal storage for up to seven colors and nine adjustable tolerance levels for optimal application flexibility.
ClearSight RightSight Transparent Object Detection Sensors feature a modified optical system to improve detection of transparent objects, such as plastic bottles. They are available in both low-voltage 24VDC and universal 24VDC/120VAC or 220VAC models.
Our Bulletin 42BT long-range background noise suppression sensors come in a rugged, compact housing. Select models offer two adjustable measurement ranges for a maximum measurement distance of 1 m or 2 m. These sensors are ideal for installation on a conveyor line or vibrating bowl feeder.
A complete range of miniature rectangular photoelectric sensors designed to deliver optimal performance and sensitivity in space-constrained environments.
Our SM series photoelectric sensors deliver high performance and ease of use in a compact, cost-effective package. Target locking simplifies setup.
These photoelectric sensors have been designed to withstand the harshest physical, chemical and optical conditions and are available in 18mm and 30mm diameter tubular housings.
Fiber optic amplifiers and fiber optic cables are ideal for applications where installing another sensor is not possible due to space constraints, extreme temperatures, etc. The thin beams from optical fibers are well suited for detecting small objects.
The core-based switching sensors are based on Pepperl+Fuchs' multipixel technology (MPT). This technology allows for the easy configuration of multiple operating modes and switching points within a single triangulation sensor.
Diffuse-type sensors are exceptionally easy to install, requiring only a single unit without any reflectors. These sensors operate primarily at close range, offer optimal switching accuracy, and can reliably detect even the smallest objects.
Reflective sensor with polarizing filter, plastic housing, 5m detection range, red light, sensitivity regulator, light/dark switch, DC version, PNP output, fixed cable
