Eaton's CS series of metal enclosures is ideal for applications requiring effective protection against environmental hazards, as well as protection for people from electric shock. 45 standard enclosure sizes with IP66 protection ratings, as well as a wide range of accessories for indoor and outdoor mounting, make this series a truly versatile solution.
- A one-piece seal made of polyurethane foam guarantees a high degree of protection (IP66), ensuring the safety of equipment when using shields in various harsh environments (dust, high humidity, etc.).
- The robust design of the enclosure, made of high-quality sheet steel, provides a high degree of protection (IK09) of the equipment installed inside the cabinet from mechanical impacts in accordance with IEC 62262
- 45 standard sizes from 250 x 200 x 150 mm to 1200 x 1200 x 250 mm allow you to select the optimal cabinet for any task.
- A pre-mounted mounting plate made of galvanized sheet steel allows for safe installation of switchgear and provides protection against electromagnetic interference. Installing the mounting plate with the equipment mounted on it into the cabinet is quite simple thanks to the oblong shape of the mounting holes.
- The mounting plate for cabinets measuring 800 x 800 mm (31.5 x 31.5 in) or larger features chamfered edges to increase load-bearing capacity when installing heavy devices. The panel can be rotated 180 degrees to allow cable entry from the top or bottom. The flange panel cutout is offset toward the rear of the panel to simplify wiring on the mounting plate.
- The door is hung on the right side and opens at a 120-degree angle. The door has a welded stud with an M6 thread for connecting the grounding conductor.

- Concealed door hinges with quick-release technology allow for quick door removal for installation work inside the enclosure. The interior of the enclosure doors features perforated profiles every 50 mm, designed for attaching DIN rails or cable trays.
- A drainage profile around the perimeter of the door cutout provides protection against the penetration of liquid, oil, or dirt when the door is opened.
- The internal and external surfaces are powder coated, resistant to abrasion and corrosion, color RAL 7035
- A wide range of additional accessories allows for increased flexibility and versatility in the use of CS enclosures.
- The WFB-SET-CS bracket for attaching cabinets to the wall simplifies its installation and allows you to mount the cabinet in both vertical and horizontal positions.
- Particularly noteworthy is the new, easy-to-use PHZ-A rotary handle with switch position indicator. It can be used with any standard half-cylinder lock. One of its features is the lock position indicator, which clearly indicates whether the lock is in the open or closed position. PHZ-A handle housings can be quickly installed without dismantling the standard CS wall-mounted lock housing, thus eliminating the need for rotary levers, which require extensive installation work.
