Exel 2 distribution fuses

The Exel range of fuse links is available with standard IP4X enclosures for the entire distribution board range from 20 to 100 A. The range has been enhanced with various additional features, including increased cable space, superior door latches and locking devices (with a choice of a cylinder lock or padlock), improved cover hinges, and a unique protective cover that effectively covers a single fuse, allowing for safe circuit handling. These fuse links do not require a fuse link.

Description

Exel fuse distribution boards are designed to meet the requirements of BSEN 61439-2. All phase parts are fully enclosed, so that additional circuits can be connected safely while existing circuits remain live and under load. The available enclosure type provides an IP4X protection rating and is supplied with removable end plates. The range covers a wide range of ratings from 20 to 100 A; 20 A and 32 A, up to 12 channels in SPN and TPN configurations; 63 A and 100 A up to 8 channels in TPN configurations. All ratings are available with moulded HRC holders in accordance with BS88: Part 2. Tests have been carried out using Eaton Type 'S' HRC fuse links. Fuse base mouldings are made from high quality thermosetting material. The fuse boxes have fuse holders with flanges to prevent accidental contact with live parts when inserting or removing the holder.

All fuses are suitable for systems with rated insulation voltage Ue 660 V AC, 500 V DC.
