Tire inner tubes
- Available in 100, 200, 400, 630 and 800 A ratings and four nominal lengths.
- 100, 200, and 400 amp units are available in all four sizes; 630 and 800 amp ratings are offered only in the three longest units.
- All blocks in this line have the same dimensions in height and depth.
- Removable end plates allow all units to be extended by connecting to a second busbar chamber using extension kits.
- Complete installation kits, including templates, are available for the installation of all Exel and Glasgow switchgear.
- Each unit can be connected to any other Eaton busbar chamber of the same rating by removing the adjacent end plates and using the appropriate busbar chamber expansion kit. These kits consist of four copper links with all the necessary clamps, washers, and fasteners, as well as installation instructions.
Pedestal and back panel kits
- Pedestal and backplate kits are available to accommodate busbars of nominal lengths 1800, 1350 and 900 mm in all ratings.
- These kits allow you to easily and competitively assemble complete industrial switchboards to produce a finished, painted unit with a pleasing appearance.
- Each kit includes two side plates and pedestal legs, as well as a fully drilled back pedestal plate; along with all necessary fasteners and spacers for floor bolting.
- The parts are made of rust-protected sheet steel and painted light grey.
Connection kits for Glasgow fuse-switches and switch-disconnectors
- Cable clamps covering all ratings are available for switchgear up to 200 A.
- For connecting Glasgow units rated at 160 A and above, solid copper connection kits are recommended for their cost-effectiveness and convenience. They consist of pre-formed insulated links in 4-pole assemblies, complete with all necessary clamps and fasteners. The appropriate switchgear mounting kit (41, 51, or 61 BBMS) must be used with connection kits for Glasgow units rated at 160–800 A.
Connection kits for Glasgow fuse-switches and switch-disconnectors
