Power contactors DILM/DILH

Eaton-Moeller's DILM and DILH series contactors are designed for very high currents from 185 to 2600 A. Their electronically controlled coils, compact dimensions, and long service life make these contactors a reliable component in any machine or system.

Contactors rated from 185 to 225 A feature compact dimensions and reduced holding power. The standard coils are equipped with a built-in protection circuit and two auxiliary contacts: two normally open and two normally closed.

Significantly lower heating inside the switchgear due to reduced power in holding mode. Furthermore, optimized contact operation increases their service life. The protection circuit already includes two normally open contacts, two normally closed contacts, and two auxiliary contacts.

Thanks to its low pull-in power, the "Comfort" version facilitates the installation of smaller regulating transformers. A wider voltage range than standard contactors ensures increased reliability during voltage fluctuations. The contactors can also be controlled directly from a PLC.

Vacuum technology enables compact designs by preventing open arcs and the release of switching gases. Closer distribution of switchgear is possible, and distances to conductive parts can be reduced.

Double contactors are supplied pre-assembled on a mounting panel. Current is distributed for each phase through two parallel vacuum tubes. The contactors are securely connected by two interlocked and controlled drives. They are synchronously controlled by electronic components.
