SynergEX EZFlex Encapsulated Panels for Hazardous Area Lighting and Electric Heating

Crouse-Hinds SynergEX EZFlex Series enclosures provide overcurrent and short-circuit protection for low-voltage power, lighting, and heating in hazardous areas such as refineries, chemical and petrochemical plants, mining, food processing, and corrosive and industrial processing facilities.

The new UL-certified SynergEX EZFlex panel is now available with the unique, patented EZFlex™ busbar design, which allows for breaker interchangeability and maximum circuit capacity in harsh and hazardous environments.

The SynergEX EZFlex components and main switch are completely sealed, preventing sparks or heat from igniting explosive atmospheres. These sealed components allow for lightweight enclosures for easy installation. SynergEX enclosures open in seconds with two quarter-turn screws, compared to over 70 bolts in traditional NEMA 7 enclosures.
