• Micro810 is part of the Micro800 family and shares the same programming environment, modules and accessories;
• 12-point form factor provides:
- 8A output eliminates the need for external relays;
- DC models have 4 inputs used as 4 analog inputs at 0-10V;
- loading the program via the USB programming port (requires the use of an adapter);
- optional 1.5" local LCD for monitoring/changing settings (variable parameters). In addition, the display functions as a backup memory module;
- Configuration and launch of the main function blocks of the smart relay without the need for programming (requires LCD display);
• In addition to the above, the 20-point form factor and 26-point form factor have:
- built-in non-isolated serial port for human-machine interface and data exchange with other devices;
- up to 2 installation sockets for connecting additional analog input/output devices, serial port, etc.
• Designed to control stand-alone installations that utilize simple PTO movement;
• the controller has advanced communication capabilities, and the number of additional plug-in input/output modules can reach five;
• different types of controllers use similar form factors and accessories:
- form factor by the number of built-in input/output points: 10, 16, 24, or 48;
• controllers have built-in support for controlling up to 3 servo axes:
- up to three Pulse Train Outputs (PTO) type outputs;
- up to 6 high-speed counter (HSC) inputs;
- 24V DC powered models have the ability to operate with PTO and HSC at speeds up to 100kHz;
- control of single-axis movements is provided using motion control commands according to the PLCopen standard;
- Home (move to the starting position), Stop (stop), MoveRelative (move to position relative to the starting position), MoveAbsolute (move to the absolute coordinate), MoveVelocity (move the axis at a given speed);
