Memshield 4 is cost-effective, customizable, and optimized to reduce changeover time and install additional circuits. Memshield 4 meets the true spirit of BS EN 61439-2 requirements. Its design and layout are perfectly aligned with the existing Memshield 3 MCCB range.
The Crouse-Hinds GUSC series explosion-proof circuit breaker load centers are used to create a centrally controlled switching system for a large number of feeder or branch circuits in a single compact unit to control lighting, heating, appliances, electrical heat tracing, motors and similar circuits.
Certified for use in areas hazardous due to the presence of flammable vapors, gases, or flammable dust, exposed to atmospheric influences, moisture, and corrosion. Ideal for indoor or outdoor installations in oil refineries, chemical and petrochemical plants, and other manufacturing facilities where similar hazards exist.
Crouse-Hinds CEAG GHG66 Ex d IIC flameproof aluminium enclosures combine flameproof aluminium enclosures with Ex-e polyester powder coated steel terminal boxes suitable for tropical and marine climates.
Seven enclosure sizes can be combined into large distribution units, allowing the integration of built-in components up to 630 A and 690 V. Explosion-proof signal lamps, indication and control elements are integrated into junction and assembly boxes where required.
Crouse-Hinds CEAG GHG64 Ex d IIB explosion-proof enclosures are ideal for use on offshore oil platforms, chemical plants, refineries and other hazardous and harsh industrial environments.
Constructed of die-cast aluminum alloy, the GHG64 offers a modular, compact design with a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to +55°C. Unique, spring-loaded stainless steel hinges provide an opening angle of up to 110°, allowing multiple GHG64 panels to be installed side-by-side. Additional protective windows are available for viewing internal components.
GHG64 panel boards are available in 11 different enclosure sizes to meet specific customer needs. A wide range of industrial components can also be added, such as contactors, circuit breakers, RCDs, PLCs, wireless LANs, timers, electronic components, and terminal blocks.
Crouse-Hinds CEAG GHG 619 Series enclosures are designed for power, lighting and heating circuits in hazardous and harsh industrial environments such as offshore oil platforms, chemical and petrochemical plants.
Five Ex-e enclosure sizes provide ample space for any required modules: circuit breakers, RCDs, RCBOs, contactors, motor starters, overcurrent releases, star-delta time relays, or main switches. Our Ex-d modules easily snap into the GHG 619 enclosure using a snap-in guide, ensuring quick and secure installation and field replacement. A wide range of cable entries can be added directly to the enclosure or to screwless plastic or brass mounting plates.
GHG 619 panels are available in fiberglass-reinforced polyester and electropolished stainless steel. The fiberglass enclosures are fire-resistant according to UL94 VO. Additionally, lockable lid panels allow for operation without opening the enclosure.
The AGP17 is ideal for areas where moisture or corrosion may be a problem, such as offshore oil platforms, pharmaceutical and chemical plants, refineries, food processing plants and other industrial facilities.
AGP17 shields are available with housings made of glass reinforced polyester (GRP) or stainless steel (304/316L).
Crouse-Hinds CEAG EJB and EJW IEC explosion-proof enclosures are designed for use in Zones 1 and 2 hazardous areas. Their modular design allows for easy integration into larger distribution systems, connected via explosion-proof cable entries.
EJB and EJW switchboards can be designed for wall mounting or freestanding installations, according to customer preference. A canopy is available for outdoor installations, providing additional protection from rain and sun.
EJB explosion-proof enclosures use a copper-free aluminum frame, while EJW enclosures are constructed of welded steel. All enclosures are coated with a gray epoxy resin suitable for tropical and marine climates. Hot-dip galvanized steel frames are also available for additional corrosion protection.
